As a serial entrepreneur with over 10 years in the CPG industry I have taken a lot of risks and learned a lot of lessons. The biggest risk yet was starting my current company Vicky Cakes Pancake Mix with $12.17 and growing it to a valuation of over $6 million in under 4 years and launching into major retail while bootstrapping the company before raising $60,000+ in a community round that didn't dilute equity in the company.

I designed this mastermind exclusively for current and aspiring business owners in the product and service based industry who are eager to elevate their brands, learn how to navigate the ups and downs of heavily guarded industries and be an advocate for those who feel unseen and underepresented. I know what it's like to have my questions unanswered. I know what it's like to watch everyone else seemingly thriving while feeling like you're drowning. And I know what it's like to think "If I could just talk to or connect with _______ I'll be set!"

Truth is, the "little guys" aren't always the radar of the ones who have "made it", even though they bring the most confidence, belief and experience to the table and deserve to have more respect put on their name and accomplishments. For this very reason I've found my own answers, turned every piece of advice into leverage to learn more and share as I go creating a "Chat w/ CEO's series, mentoring and consulting entrepreneurs in product development and retail readiness and hosting an dynamic CPG podcast called, "Packaged for Success" with my amazing co-host and friend Amanda of Yum Crumbs.
